Real Estate Market Check Up

From what I hear being a Investor and a Real Estate agent it is probably not a bad time to think about selling. Heres why

  1. Winter coming
  2. Sells will slow done
  3. Rate may go up
  4. New president coming
  5. Bank rates  may change

All these reasons are reasons to think about when looking to sell a house.Remember its your choice but in the winter months sales slow up.After labor day I  say we have about 60 days or so to sell before things get super slow.I myself will be slowing down buying  houses.

  1. Winter makes repairing house harder
  2. More cost in the winter
  3. heat needs to be on
  4. Sale price goes down
  5. Longer DOM = days on market

So if you are a investor I would look to sale your properties quick. If I was a Home Owner I would list now if I really want to sell my house.Remember no matter what you can direct buyers or sellers in the direction you want but you better be good at it. I have seen people sale and buy at any time.Just some times are easier then others.
